What defines Ritual/Ritus?🪡
In the past, it was ritual bathing, incense, fasting, and sacrifice.
Today, it may be a pack of popcorn before movie night,
a stick of sandalwood lit after work,
or a meal captured before the first bite.
From collective to personal, from elaborate to simple,
Rituals are constantly rewritten.
Yet the questions remain:
Who defines their form?
And what keeps our desire for order and solace alive?
何以为「仪」？
在古代，它是沐浴焚香、禁食祭祀的庄重准备；
在当下，它可能是电影前的爆米花、下班后的一支檀香，或是在开动前定格餐桌的一瞬。
从群体到个人，从繁复到简化，仪式的形态不断被重写。但追问仍在继续：
是谁在规定它的形态？
又是什么让我们仍然渴望秩序与安顿？
